Introduction
Thank you for viewing our website.
We have been consistently cultivating, manufacturing, and selling tea using completely organic cultivation methods using
not agricultural chemicals or chemical fertilizers since 1982. We are also a pioneer in organic tea cultivation, having
received the first organic JAS certification for tea business in Japan.
The previous owner of our plantation was born as the eldest son of a farming family and was forced to continue
agriculture despite having other dreams. Seeing a bit of a similarity between the tea trees that were planted so close
together and soaked in agricultural chemicals and chemical fertilizers and himself being forced to follow his parents’ path,
he started to think that the tea must also desire their own way to live.
And with respect to the life of the tea which was another living thing, and for the sake of cohabitation with nature, he
proposed a unique cultivation method called “Ippon-jitate”, cultivating individual trees in uncrowded conditions, which
could draw out the full power innate in the tea without causing it stress. The tea trees grown this way were full of vitality,
with 10 times bigger trunks and 8 times longer roots than those grown through customary methods, while also being rich
in nutrients.

Our plantation also does business with overseas customers. From general products to bulk shipments, in general
transactions will be done through a firm in Japan that has dealings with your company, but we also welcome consultations
